Abe’s main work is uniting artists, neighbors, community groups and local businesses to collaborate on OUT performance work in the Boston neighborhoods of Roxbury, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain and the South End. Programs Abe founded include True Colors: OUT Youth Theater; A Street Theater Named Desire (an AIDS-activist guerrilla theater troupe performing in gay cruising areas); Come As You Are, a national performance series.

Amanda Kibler earned her M.F.A. in theatre for young audiences from the University of Central Florida. Before joining The Coterie, she worked as an actor, director, and teaching artist at the Orlando Repertory Theatre in Orlando, FL, and Visible Fictions in Glasgow, Scotland. She was previously the Associate Education Director at The Rose Theater in Omaha where she co-directed Pride Players.

Brian Guehring is the award winning Playwright in Residence and Education Director of the Omaha Theater Company, whose education department does drama and dance education outreach for every single child in over 71 local schools each school year (reaching over 27,000 students).

Brian Wild has been working in theater since the age of 8 and has been involved in over 100 theatrical productions since 1977. Wild is the founder and Executive Director of Art and Soul Innovations, Inc., and co-artistic director of the Madison and Sun Prairie Proud Theater chapters. He served on the planning committee for Any Given Child, a national arts incubator program.

Briyana D. Clarel is a young, gifted, and black queer writer, performer, and educator dedicated to making the arts, education, and healing accessible to all. Briyana is the founder and director of The Starfruit Project, an initiative bringing creativity for radical healing and brilliant growth to communities of color.
Cory is the founder / Executive Director / Principle Consultant for Cooperative Innovation Consultants, LLC, a justice human services agency based in Denver, Colorado and the parent organization for ENCORE Youth Theater. As a Mental Health Clinician and Organizational Development Consultant for over two decades, As a classically trained Tenor, Cory has had the pleasure of performing as a solo artist and ensemble member across the US & Europe.

Deejay Gray is an actor, director, and teaching artist born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. In 2012, Deejay founded the award-winning ensemble theatre company TheatreLAB, Richmond’s home for unexpected and evocative performance, with a mission to provide opportunities to young and emerging artists.

Evelyn is a theatre artist, award-winning educator and established arts administrator with experience working directly with over 10 Boston area arts organizations. Evelyn’s M.A. in Theatre Education from Emerson College culminated in a thesis, which examined the effects of devised work in the lives of LGBT youth.
