Yep, you read that right. We're launching the first ever PRIDE YOUTH THEATER ALLIANCE AWARDS! And we want YOU to join in on the nomination process!

Know of a rad local program or organization defying the odds? Want to recognize an amazing young person committed to social justice? How about some one sharing their artistic talent with community members? The purpose of the PYTA Award is to recognize and celebrate those who have demonstrated a commitment to the values of the Pride Youth Theater Alliance in exceptional ways. The awards are presented in three categories to commend the variety of ways PYTA members enhance the field of Queer Youth Theater.

Youth Leadership Award So that's where you come in! Take 10 minutes to nominate a few folks to celebrate and honor! Do you yourself have to be a PYTA member? Nope! Each winner will be awarded a monetary gift and will be celebrated at the PYTA Annual Conference Fundraiser on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in Ann Arbor Michigan. Nominate your local PYTA member here!
