"This years was the first year of the YOUTH LEADER INITIATIVE, initiated and designed by Leelee alongside the youth, which supported their intentions as the program lead to a move towards Youth Led Programming, with Leelee as a support and not a main attraction." - Nominator


 Leelee also worked with Buddies Youth to start their own instagram



Outstanding New Company: Q&A

Playhouse on the Square: Memphis, TN




"Q&A has created four original productions and held over 50 workshops with various paid guest artists. Q&A has spent the last two years networking with other organizations in Memphis that they can collaborate with, and have been incredibly focused on ensuring that the troupe is as diverse as its city is, this has proven to be difficult but they are always mindful of this and striving for more diversity." - Nominator
