Staff Changes at PYTA

Change is Coming!

Fall is a time of change for #TeamPYTA. Here's what's happening:

Vic, PYTA Manager, is leaving their position to move to California! They will continue to work for PYTA in a part-time, remote capacity to ensure that the transition to the next PYTA manager goes smoothly. *We will have more information about the position of PYTA Manager soon.

A note from Vic:

Dear wonderful members of the Pride Youth Theater Alliance,

It has been an honor to work with you all, have conversations about your work, this team and the various ways we find joy in our art. Thank you for all that you do. I am making my way to the west coast to be closer to family and that is super exciting and heart warming for me! Thanks for all of your patience, questions, and brilliance. I will still be with the PYTA team for a bit, just in a different capacity, so I hope to keep up with you all along the way. Enjoy the rest of your summer, wherever you are!

All my best,

Thank you, Vic, for your incredible work and the impact you have had at PYTA!

In the meantime...

Jo, PYTA Administrator, will be working in the PYTA office through October to keep everything running and support the next manager..

our 2018-2019 Advisory Board is just getting started!

We will share more information on the these transitions as it becomes available. Even in this time of change, we are committed to supporting and connecting members. PYTA has more flexibility in the fall, as we wrap up one conference and start on the next, so it's a perfect time to make this kind of transition. Please continue to stay in touch and let us know how you are doing! Email Jo: Email Evelyn, Interim Artistic Director:

The Typical Fall Goodbyes

Jonathan, Conference Coordinator, closes out the conference by the end of August and will have finished his work as conference coordinator for the year.

Eleni, PYTA Intern, finished out their Summer internship with flying colors! We celebrated their last day with ice cream and wish them the best as they return to school!

Thank you to BCYF for connecting us with such a wonderful person!

THANK YOU to Jonathan and Eleni for their incredible work on the

2018 Conference and for our PYTA family!
